Saqrion is the trading identity of Saqrion Industries FZ-LLC (in formation), a company being established in the United Arab Emirates. We design and supply modular AI data center infrastructure to enterprise, hyperscaler, and sovereign cloud customers.

When you contact us — by email, Signal, the quote form, or the calculator's "Email quote" button — you may provide:

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an indicative or formal quote, and follow up on the resulting commercial relationship.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, saqrion.org records technical information automatically when you visit:

• Server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, request URL, timestamp, response code. Retained for up to 90 days for security and operational monitoring.
• Local storage — your theme preference (light / dark) and cookie consent choice. Stored in your browser, never sent to us.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

Saqrion does not currently set tracking cookies. If we later introduce analytics or advertising tools (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Insight), our cookie consent banner will ask for your explicit opt-in before any non-essential cookie is placed. You can change your consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for saqrion.org.

We retain inquiry and quote information for as long as a commercial relationship is active, plus a retention period as required by applicable law and accounting practice. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Local storage entries persist in your browser until you clear them.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3), restricted access to operational systems, and regular review of access. No internet transmission is fully secure; we encourage you to use Signal for sensitive technical communications.

9. Your rights

Subject to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict processing
• Request portability of your information in a structured, machine-readable format

Saqrion does not knowingly collect information from children. The site and the services it describes are intended for business audiences only.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period.
