Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saqrion.org (the "Site") and any information, calculator, deck, or other materials made available through the Site. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The site is informational
Saqrion makes the Site available for prospective customers, partners, and other professional audiences to learn about our modular AI data center products. The Site does not constitute an offer to sell, a contract, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Saqrion.
2. Indicative figures
Prices, configurations, payback periods, profit projections, and other figures presented on the Site — including those produced by the cost calculator and the ROI page — are indicative only. They are based on customer-supplied parameters and on publicly observable inputs (GPU spot pricing, energy costs, token prices) that change continuously. Saqrion does not warrant or guarantee any specific commercial outcome. Final pricing and performance are determined in a signed quotation following a site survey, due diligence on tariffs and energy availability, and selection of supply-chain partners.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, layout, calculator logic, and the Saqrion name, mark, and falcon device, is the property of Saqrion (or its licensors) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission, except for non-commercial personal review of pages you have accessed in the normal course of evaluating Saqrion as a potential supplier.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, and product references on the Site (including but not limited to NVIDIA, AMD, Huawei, Supermicro) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those parties beyond what is publicly known.
4. Accuracy and updates
We strive for accuracy but the Site may contain technical errors, typographical errors, or outdated information. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site for commercial use without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Site
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
- Use the Site or materials obtained through it to develop a competing product or service in a manner that misappropriates our intellectual property
6. Third-party links and brands
The Site may link to third-party sites or reference third-party tools, products, and brands. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. References to third-party brands do not imply partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship except where explicitly stated.
7. No warranty
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saqrion, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its contents, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Saqrion's aggregate liability arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saqrion and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
